Lumiere was established in 2001 by holistic health professional Carmen Paff.

Carmen’s inspiration is derived from seeing the holistic healing of her clientele, who become healthier and happier as a result of their massage and natural healing treatments. Carmen’s approach is uniquely tailored to each client for the best possible results for overall health concerns.

Always curious and open to new learning, Carmen is often engaged in new studies in her fields of expertise and interest. She also attends natural health conferences and seminars to stay across a breadth of emerging health research.
